Inside Sales Executive 🤩

As an Inside Sales Executive, you'd be responsible for selling the ShiftCare value proposition to inbound leads, primarily over the phone/Zoom. Are you keen to leverage your experience and take that next step?


Target clients will consist of small to mid-size companies across the ANZ region. As our first dedicated inside sales executive, you will have the opportunity to build up a team.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Run full sales cycles and close new business to consistently exceed quota

  • Inspire prospective customers to adopt ShiftCare and upsell higher plans

  • Engage highly qualified inbound leads over the phone & zoom at small and mid-sized companies

  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business

  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products

  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

  • Set-up/define and refine processes

  • Build an Inbound Sales Team

You Will Need To Have

  • Hands-on experience running a full sales cycle and closing business

  • Solid B2B SaaS experience in product-led organisations

  • Previous experience with Rostering, time & attendance or accounting software

  • Terrific consultative sales skills and exceptional closing experience

  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management

  • A sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help you achieve them

  • Team mentorship/leadership experience
