The Role

We're looking for the 3rd piece of our marketing puzzle. You'll be working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant as we carve out and execute our marketing strategy onshore and abroad.

You will be strategising and coordinating a holistic ShiftCare events and public relations strategy. This extends across local trade shows, conferences, as well as ShiftCare lunch & learns. As the Marketing Coordinator you will be building relationships with partners and publications to facilitate the acquisition and distribution of content. You will work with our external team of writers and designers to brief content to facilitate these relationships building on our existing "lead magnet" strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Events Marketing - Plan for, prepare and represent ShiftCare at industry trade shows and NDIS conferences, including ShiftCare hosted lunch and learns.

  • Public relations (PR) - Establish relationships with media publications & businesses, positioning ShiftCare as thought leaders in the NDIS & home care industry.

  • Identify opportunities for content sharing and collaborations with partners. (Partnerships will mainly relate to the NDIS space).

  • Content Management - coordinate marketing projects with external contractors (Sales decks/ebooks/white papers)

Additional Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing - Maintaining & optimising email automations throughout the customer journey.

  • Support the marketing team in daily tasks, including ad hoc projects.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong desire to learn and grow in marketing along with professional drive.

  • Experience in events marketing.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in PR highly considered (Thought leadership, partnerships, publications, content affiliations)

  • Experience working within the NDIS industry highly considered

  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
