Sales Development Representative

As a ShiftCare Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying the ShiftCare value proposition to inbound leads, over the phone, email & live chat. There will be outbound campaigns run in conjunction with our Marketing team. Our clients are small to mid-size companies across the ANZ region. We are looking for someone who has experience in software (B2B, SaaS) or is ready to start on a new career pathway.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Build relationships with prospects and leverage relationships with existing customers to grow new business

  • Inspire prospective customers to adopt ShiftCare and promote value proposition of higher plans

  • Engage with inbound leads & connect with cold leads at small and mid-sized companies

  • Work with a growing team to execute our sales strategy as ShiftCare introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products

  • Bring your thinking, strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture and vision for the future
