We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our small but fast-paced team and provide creative ideas and content to help achieve our ambitious online growth goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing online marketing strategies.

As a marketing assistant, you will collaborate with our marketing team across the creation and execution of various digital marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels, with a significant focus on design, engagement and content.

This role will help you acquire best-in-class digital marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various online marketing strategies (e.g. SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media, Email Newsletters, Webinars, etc.). Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in digital marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.


  • Support the marketing team in daily tasks, including ad hoc projects.

  • Prepare content for social media, the website and advertising usage (using Canva or Photoshop).

  • Social media management - Content, scheduling, engagement.

  • Blog posts - Briefing our external writers on topics and distributing to relevant platforms.

  • Email marketing - Monthly newsletter, feature updates and refining automated workflows.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong desire to learn and grow in marketing along with professional drive.

  • Experience designing marketing assets using Canva.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CMS, Facebook, Canva, CRM tools)

  • Related undergraduate degree.
