Technology with a very human heart
It takes a certain type of person to become a carer, to put the needs of others first, and dedicate your life to helping them be the best they can be.
Compassion burns bright. But sometimes, even the most dedicated support workers can get caught up in red tape. That’s why we created ShiftCare.
One of the industry’s leading software platforms, ShiftCare makes support work more efficient, not just accelerating business growth, but delivering social impact by helping improve client outcomes.
Working with us
Based at Fishburners, one of Sydney’s leading tech co-working spaces, we’re a small but rapidly growing start-up that strikes the balance between work and play.
As part of a small, rapidly growing business, you can have real impact.
We may be a start-up, but our salaries hold their own against Sydney’s big tech.
You can choose to work public holidays and bank them for later use.
With flexible hours and work location, you’re free to decide what works for you.
When you’re in the office, you’ll enjoy a sit/stand desk, 27” monitor, free barista coffee and plenty of break-out spaces.
As part of the Fishburners community, you can make the most of regular upskilling and networking events.
Fridays mean fun. So that’s pizza, beer and pitches, from fellow Fishburners start-ups eager to share their ideas.
We’re not all about money. Our efforts help raise the standard of support care in Australia, and maybe one day, the world.
We’re no cult. But we do have a set of values inspiring all who work with us.
We’re a tech company, but people come first. We believe in enabling better quality care, and encouraging people to be at their best, by creating a fun, supportive environment to draw on their passions.
We see the good in people. Born problem-solvers, with a positive mindset, we rise to any challenge – a better way of doing things is never far away.
Everyone has something different to offer. By recognising our own strengths, and those of others, we work together in harmony to achieve outstanding results.
We don’t believe in hierarchy. You’ll work side by side with the founders, yet have the opportunity to take responsibility for your efforts and help shape the future of the business.
Our team is growing fast and we are looking for amazing talents!
If you have any questions about one of our open positions, feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there are no suitable roles at present, but you’d love to work with us, drop us a line with your resume, and we’ll be in touch should a position open up.
You'll have a chance to develop state-of-the-art marketing strategies but also grow with us, working remotely so you can be part of something bigger than yourself!
We’re always on the lookout for driven individuals who can help grow our business. If you have what it takes, we want to hear from YOU!
ShiftCare seeks a Sales Account Executive (or Growth Specialist, as we’d call you around here) to join our team.
ShiftCare is the fastest-growing SaaS start-up in it's industry and is redefining the way Aged Care and Disability services are delivered in Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
ShiftCare Sales Account Executives are responsible for selling the ShiftCare value proposition, primarily over the phone/Zoom. Target clients will consist of small to mid-size companies across the ANZ region.
Working within a growing team as the business continues to scale, you will have the opportunity to work under the mentorship and leadership of a fantastically experienced "gun" Sales Manager.
As the Associate Customer Success Manager, you will be working alongside the wider Customer Success team. You're a capable, proactive, client-facing professional who has exceptional communication skills as well as outstanding execution and customer engagement skills.
If you have the competence to successfully maintain and build new client relationships, and you know how to give a good product demo, we should talk!
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for using technology to solve challenging problems for customers who are making a real difference in our communities. Our Associate Product Manager role is ideal for someone looking to break into Product Management or an Associate (Junior) Product Manager looking to develop their skills in a role where they will have plenty of autonomy and independence.
This is a role with a bright future and lots of potential; one that will grow with our ever growing business. Once you have developed your deep understanding of our customers, your internal stakeholders and our vision, you will have the opportunity to take on greater and greater autonomy and responsibility in managing the discovery, design and delivery of product solutions that make a real difference in supporting businesses that are at the forefront of providing invaluable services to those in need in our communities.
We are looking for a Node.js developer with proven work experience in software design and development. We need someone capable of maintaining and improving our current products and building future solutions.
