What Is SmartCare 360?

Sygnal is an Australian care management software with a companion mobile app for your caregivers. It has rostering, billing, invoicing, and client management features, including document management and funds management.

It also comes with some NDIS integrations, including invoicing and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. And, it contains updated Home Care Package subsidies and supplements amounts.

To sign up with Sygnal, you’ll need to contact their sales team to schedule a demo. They do not share information on pricing, contract lengths or setup fees outside of their sales demos.

Companion platforms

ShiftCare doesn’t just support your admin team. Your caregivers can use the ShiftCare mobile app to set their availability and bid on shifts, upload progress notes, clock in and out, and collect clients’ digital signatures. And your clients’ approved family and friends can log on to ShiftCare Connect to receive updates on their loved one’s progress, upcoming shifts and billing details.
