Can I advise my staff of a vacant shift?
ShiftCare makes it easy to alert individuals or your entire team of vacant shifts using our ‘Advertise Shift’ feature. Staff will be instantly notified via SMS advising them of the shift details.
What client information can I share with my staff?
Client documents such as Medication and Care Plans can be uploaded into their profile for easy access by staff whether they are in the office or out in the field.
Certain documents can be easily restricted, so sensitive information is only visible to your Office Administration team. You can even set expiration dates on documents so out of date information is automatically removed from view.
What happens when staff or client documents expire?
