Keeping client documents up-to-date is an integral part of maintaining efficiency for clients, as the carer can view these documents during shifts to ensure that all activities are completed and clients are looked after in accordance to their individual requirements.

Registered NDIS providers in states and territories where the NDIS Commission operates must:

  • Comply with the conditions of registration 

  • Demonstrate compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards for your relevant registration groups 

  • Comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct in your organisation 

  • Have an in-house complaints management and resolution system to record and manage any complaints you receive

  • Have an in-house incident management system, and notify the NDIS Commission  

  • Fulfil worker screening requirements.

  • Meet the behaviour support requirements, including reporting the use of restrictive practices.

    Staff can view their own documents from the ShiftCare app. This will enable them to keep track of their certifications.

  • Clients: e.g. Behaviour plan, Daily routine, epilepsy plan etc.
    Carer and support workers can view their client's documents before their shift starts.

  • Organisations: e.g. Policies etc.
    You can give staff access to organisational documents if you wish. 

Automated reminders can be set-up to be applied to:

  • Documents nearing expiration

  • Expired documents

  • Overdue Invoices

Note: Reminders will only be applicable to documents with an expiration date.
