Any Support Worker can be nominated as long as they use the ShiftCare app.

The ShiftCare support worker of the year will receive $5,000 cash, a certificate of excellence and be featured in a success story on the ShiftCare website highlighting their work.

You can nominate a support worker by filling out the nomination form available via the "nominate" button on our website. Please provide detailed information and specific examples that illustrate the nominee's qualifications based on the award criteria.

Winners are selected based on a set criteria including client impact, professional excellence, commitment and dedication, adaptability, communication skills, community impact, and overall contribution. Nominations will be reviewed and scored by a panel of judges.

Yes, you can nominate multiple individuals if you believe they meet the criteria and deserve recognition. Please submit a separate nomination form for each individual.

The winners will be announced on July 15 via our website and social media platforms. All nominators and nominees will be notified by email as well.

No, there is no fee required to submit a nomination. We encourage nominations from all who wish to recognize the outstanding contributions of support workers.
