Founded by Curtrina, an experienced medical professional with over 20 years in the field, T&N started with a clear mission—to provide exceptional care while being deeply responsive to the needs of its clients and caregivers. The company’s inception was rooted in a deeply personal experience.

“The motivation for starting my business was my grandmother,” Curtrina reveals. “Four years ago, as she started aging, I noticed how she was forgetting things she’d normally do. It came to a point where she’d no longer bathe, pay bills, take her meds, etc. The nursing home was not an option, so I had to do something that would allow me the freedom to be home with her. This is how and why the company was established.”

For me, it is all about satisfying the client and meeting their needs, helping them to feel as human and as close to their norm as possible.”

 

Future Growth and Expansion

 

Looking ahead, T&N has ambitious plans for growth and expansion. “My expectation for the future is to grow to the point of opening another location and cross over into other states,” Curtrina shares. “It’s also the plan to open a few group homes and family care homes. We will grow and spread our love as much and far as possible.”

 

Curtrina is optimistic about the company’s trajectory, stating, “It’s definitely going to explode. Because of ShiftCare we have a fair chance to actually take on more clients and serve them better.”
