Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and facilitate expansion into new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, focusing on driving customer acquisition and engagement through innovative digital channels.
- Work closely with sales, product, engineering, customer success, and executive teams to gain a deep understanding of the company’s market position and target customers. Leverage these insights to shape content and campaigns that appeal to key audiences.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and email marketing, aimed at driving conversions and growing the customer base.
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that span digital touch points such as email, social media, paid search, and content marketing, ensuring maximum impact throughout the customer journey.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing direction and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Guide the creation of content that aligns with marketing goals, collaborating with design, web, and SEO teams to ensure the seamless delivery of assets that enhance the customer experience.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to support the launch and growth of the company in new markets and verticals.
- Evaluate and adopt new marketing technologies and strategies that drive better results, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
About you:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Strong background in both inbound and outbound marketing, including content creation, and performance-driven strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing digital marketing teams.
- Success in developing and executing cross-channel campaigns, including webinars, digital ads, social media, and email outreach.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms like HubSpot.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring success and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and insights to various stakeholders.
