What is a rostering software?
A rostering software is a tool that allows staff to roster employees according to wage costs, staff availability, and compliance rules. How can staff inform me of their unavailability?
Staff can notify you of their availability straight from the ShiftCare mobile app. Staff unavailability will appear immediately in the scheduler. You can even set thresholds around the notice period, so there are no last-minute requests.
